 What Coaching Involves

Our players, coaches, and staff are committed to fair play, honesty, and respect, fostering an environment of trust and accountability. 

Commitment

  • Be available for competitive, developmental age and skill align league play starting on Friday’s and Saturday’s.
  • Lead (1) 90 minute practice once a week
  • Support player development year-round with clinics, film sessions, and workshops

Responsibilities

  • Run structured, high-energy practices that build skill and discipline.
  • Mentor athletes in leadership, resilience, and academic accountability
  • Communicate consistently with families and provide feedback on progress.
  • Promote a culture of sportsmanship, teamwork, and confidence.

Our winter program is designed to give athletes structured training, multiple league opportunities, and reliable gym time, all at a clear and affordable cost.

Two Competitive Leagues :Players compete in age- and skill-aligned league play with games scheduled every Friday and Saturday.

Consistent Weekly Gym Time: Players benefit from structured practice time each week, supported by our playbooks, training guides, and coaching mentorship tools designed to drive real development.
